The National Audit Office of Estonia will be represented at the meeting of colleagues from the Baltic States by Auditor General Janar Holm, Chief Auditors Ines Metsalu-Nurminen and Märt Loite, Director General Maris Vaino, Audit Managers Airi Andresson and Silver Jakobson, Auditor Silja Einberg and Head of External Relations Krislin Kivi.
TALLINN, 15 September 2022 – Today and tomorrow, 15 to 16 September, a meeting of national audit offices of the Baltic States will take place in Riga. The discussion will focus on strategic and management issues, such as challenges facing national audit offices, selection of audit topics, allocation of resources, and other topics. In addition, possibilities for audit cooperation between the national audit offices of the Baltic states will be considered. In parallel, expert workshops on forestry and infrastructure audit will be held.
