The UAEAA delegation is interested in learning about NAOE’s use of new technologies as well as mapping avenues for collaboration between the two offices.
The UAE Accountability Authority is internationally active in various fields. From 2019-2024, the UAEAA chaired the INTOSAI Working Group on the Impact of Science and Technology on Auditing, a partner organisation for the EUROSAI IT Working Group led by the National Audit Office of Estonia since 2019. On the invitation of the previous President of the then UAE State Audit Institution, Auditor General Mr Janar Holm participated in a high-level panel of the Conference “The Future of Anti-Corruption: Innovating Integrity through Technology and Partnerships“ organised in Dubai in 2021.
