Compliance of teachers with qualification requirements and subject competence

The purpose of the audit is to assess whether the Ministry of Education and Research (MER) has organised the collection and storage of data concerning the qualification and subject competence of teachers in such a way that the availability of relevant and accurate information for making decisions on the development of the teaching staff is ensured.

The main questions in the audit are the following:
1. Does the MER have correct and accurate data about the compliance of teachers with qualification requirements?
2. Does the MER have correct and accurate information about the subject competence of teachers?
