Opinion of National Audit Office on 2016 and 2017 Financial Statements of NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence

The National Audit Office will carry out an audit of the accuracy of the financial statements for 2016 and 2017 at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence. The purpose of the audit is to express an opinion on the accuracy of the financial statements. This means that the audited financial statements are correct if they have been prepared according to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the Accounting Act, and all of the relevant information has been fully taken into account in the recognition of transactions. The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence organises its accounting according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, a more detailed specification and supplementation of the accounting is provided in the accounting policies and procedures of the Centre.
