Performance of obligations assigned to property developers in local authorities;

The objective of the audit is to assess whether local authorities have managed to guarantee that the obligations assigned to property developers in relation to the implementation of detailed plans are performed.
The audit aims to determine whether local authorities have provided solutions for situations where developers do not perform their obligations, and whether the performance of obligations is supervised and whether the agreed sanctions are implemented. If a developer has failed to perform the obligations assumed with a contract, the National Audit Office will assess whether the local authority has started to perform these obligations itself. The opinion of the activities of local authorities in the performance of obligations will be given on the basis of each detailed plan.
