E-Charter (2008)
“Everyone’s rights in e-state” or simply the e-state charter aims to gather all the principles of good administration to the same place and pave the way for a better application of these principles. The charter will be a document that develops in time and is prepared jointly, that informs people of their rights, administrative agencies of their development goals and gives the National Audit Office the basis on which future audits are conducted. The working group of the charter consists of experienced builders of the e-state from many areas of life who all work under the guidance of the National Audit Office.
