The National Audit Office is located at Narva mnt 11a in the centre of Tallinn, where free parking is usually not available. Admirali Car Park and WTC Tallinn Car Park are the closest indoor car parks to the National Audit Office.
There is also an outdoor car park nearby where the parking spaces are marked with the signs of EuroPark Eesti OÜ and where ticket machines have been installed.
Tariffs:
- Mon to Sun 30 kroons/hour 24 hours a day;
- 100 kroons/day (24 h mobile parking is automatically terminated after 24 hours pass).
Parking contract: 24 h monthly parking card: 2000 kroons/month.

How to park with an EMT, TELE2, Elisa and Bravocom mobile phone:
- Send a text message to 1902 (EMT, TELE2, Elisa) or 1702 (Bravocom).
- The zone is EP62.
- Write your car’s registration number, space, zone in the text message (e.g. 111abc EP62).
- You will receive a text message in response that says ‘Parking started’.
- Call 1903 (EMT, TELE2, Elisa) or 1703 (Bravocom) to terminate your parking.
There is a parking area right next to the National Audit Office building, but only the employees of the National Audit Office and the vehicles servicing the National Audit Office are allowed to park there. You may be fined if you park there without a permit issued by the National Audit Office.
